How to become a voting member of the Nebraska Firearms Owners Association
NFOA holds elections and takes polls of it’s Resident members online.
To participate in these voting sessions. you must do two things.
1. All Legal Residents of the State of Nebraska can be members of NFOA. You can join submitting an application to nebraskafirearms.org/join
Your application will be processed by our membership director, and be entered in the official roster. Please make sure that your contact information is accurate. We have no other means of communicating with you if we have a bad email address. Rest assured that the list of NFOA members is held in the strictest confidence and can only be accessed by the Board of Directors.
2. Join the NFOA members forum at nebraskafirearms.org/forum Submit your application, answer the simple anti- spambot questions.
Please use the same email address that you used when you signed up to the association. The Admin on the forum will screen applications to prevent forum access by undesirable elements. Then your email address will be compared to the official roster. If both match, you will be upgraded to NFOA full member status, and will then have full access to the private area where we conduct our internal polling and elections. Please allow time for this work to be done. Our volunteer staff has a lot of work to to do. If after 30 days your full member status has not been confirmed, contact the Admin on the forum for help.
There will be important elections for the Board of Directors this fall , and I want to make sure that as many NFOA members as possible are able to participate.
