We are excited to announce a new organization that will provide great benefits to you, your family, your friends, and our entire state of Nebraska! As of today, a new political action committee, the Nebraska Firearms Owners Association – Political Action Fund (NFOA-PAF) has been formed. NFOA-PAF is a political action committee dedicated to being a leader in preserving the right of all law-abiding Nebraskans to purchase, possess and use firearms as guaranteed by the Nebraska State Constitution and the Second Amendment to the U.S. Constitution. Most importantly, the NFOA-PAF can actively participate in state elections to support firearms owners’ allies and to defeat anti-gun liberals! You know that 2012 is a crucial election year, and this year there are many issues that affect firearms ownership and use. These issues include: hunting and access to hunting lands, wilderness and wildlife conservation, civilian marksmanship training and ranges for public use, law enforcement-related issues, product liability, trapping, crime victim rights, and criminal justice reform – just to name a few. We are building a team that will ensure our rights are not trampled on. This new team will fight restrictive gun control legislation and interface with elected representatives and candidates to make our principles their top priorities. NFOA-PAF would like to invite you to become a member of this team. As a member of the NFOA-PAF team, you will help us support political candidates and legislation that protect your interests as a firearms owner. You will have access to online resources where you can share your ideas and concerns that you would like to have presented to our candidates and elected officials. You will also be invited to meetings and special events. Most of all, your membership in the NFOA-PAF will guarantee you have a voice to protect your rights and you will be a member of a team that shares your views and your passion. Getting your voice heard in the political arena is all about who you know – and when you know NFOA-PAF and are a member of NFOA-PAF, you know the right people.
