This was sent to me by my Council woman Jean Stothert.
Stothert, Sigerson, Thompson voted NO, Gernandt, Festersen, Jerram and Gray voted YES.

"Conboy said the law will make it more difficult for thieves to sell stolen guns." I guess if they tried to sell it at a pawn shop this might work, but how many are going to require their homeboy on the street to get finger printed before they pass along the stolen guns. As usual this makes no sense.
