She need some "scary black guns" for show and tell so she calls up her 'buddy', the police chief and places an order....

I wish this was a surprise or shock, but it's not... sad day in the USA...
"Well-regulated" meant well equipped, trained and disciplined... not controlled with an iron fist.

Thing is, when the other side of the debate placed the same request- they were denied under the letter of the law.
