hmmm, that's odd... I literally have never seen an online for sale ad saying "NO CCW OR PURCHASE PERMIT REQUIRED!" Pretty much everyone on here and all of the facebook swap groups require proof that you're a good legal dude or dudette... we've done a good job of self regulating on here... I do, however, hate having something like this forced and regulated against the rare legal gun owner in NY and us fine folks.
