« on: November 19, 2013, 04:43:45 PM »
I have a bunch of H&K-91 mags on armslist, a guy from calif e mailed me, and wanted to know if I would take the mags apart, and send him them as parts? is this legal? while I hate calif laws, and would like to help someone out. Im not sure if this is legal.

No this is ILLEGAL!!!!

This is a trick that some magazine companies have been pulling and the state of CA is now prosecuting them.

Only way you can ship high cap mags to CA, is if they are going to an FFL with High Capacity Magazine license (as the FFL has to log the mags and only transfer to law enforcement)

Find the magazine you want to sell, and put in the city and state you are going to sell to.  Cheaper Than Dirt has a pretty cool tool to use.
