As in, the day of, at the shooting site? I can't find a link to any registration on the NE IDPA website.

Yes, registration at the range. (Aldo, bullit, and I talked about this the last time I saw them---Aldo just probably hasn't had time to update everywhere that registration will be at the range, along with times and help for setup, etc...)
