It looks like no penalties (tax) for not singing up by the Dec 2013 deadline.   That is good news.  At least temporally.

Well he is reportedly a Constitutional scholar, so I'm sure whatever he decides to do is totally legit and legal.

Makes his own law.   Doesn't need Congress.

Congress could be eliminated.   Save money.

Point of interest....there is nothing in the ACA that provides for "enforcement" in collecting penalties .... a slight oversight I'd say.....
