From what I remember from the little "auto-knife" incident at the Gunshow last year, part of the building is IN the city limits, but not all of it... further confusing the subject.   ::)

Those who would give up essential Liberty, to purchase a little temporary Safety, deserve neither Liberty nor Safety.

What happened at the gunshow (if you don't mind elaborating)?

Today, we need a nation of Minutemen, citizens who are not only prepared to take arms, but citizens who regard the preservation of freedom as the basic purpose of their daily life and who are willing to consciously work and sacrifice for that freedom.   J. F. K.

Could someone give us a ruling on what "Dealing" in firearms means?   If I give a gun to my wife, was I  "Dealing" in a firearm?

ATF defines it as an individual who

1) Derives income from the REPETATIVE buying and selling of firearms
2) Who commits time and attention to the repetitive buying and selling of firearms

That's not the exact phrases used, but, close enough

People need to take note of the word REPETATIVE as it addresses a lot of the "unlicensed dealer" questions that get posted
