Live in GI, Kearney, Sidney or surrounding areas?
« on: January 09, 2014, 07:40:48 AM »
As many of you know, I organized a coffee meeting on the east side of the state that meets monthly. This not only allows us the chance to put faces to screen names, but also gives us the opportunity to discuss firearms related issues that directly impact us in our general area.

My goal is to get one of these in each of the aforementioned locations, which would allow everyone to put forth ideas they want the NFOA to pursue.

If you are interested in setting one of these up in your area, message me with any questions.

Thanks,
Dave

As ya'll get these coffees going, we can also invite your local Senators to coffee, too.
Last week Senator Kintner joined us in Gretna and plenty of issues and ideas were discussed from both directions.  A great, low key chance to talk face to face with those making our laws.

Senator Fischer lives in my town/area but we never see her. Maybe set up a coffee and invite her?
 ;D
Hoping to maybe try and get something going here in a few months when things slow down a bit for me.

Sure, Tim, just let me know when you schedule a "coffee". And we will see when Deb is back around.   But more importantly, Senator Davis (Correct?)

Yes, Davis.
Really hoping to get something going. I am going to go talk to a couple local gun shops and see if we can put it on there.

That would be awesome, but it might be better to get them out together on "neutral" territory first:)
