Seem a little busy to me.

A lot of guys don't like dots on the rear sight because they feel it slows them down.  This would be even worse.  And in reality, when shooting for speed you're really just focusing on the front sight.

I'm sure some people might like them, though.

I know I should take this guy dead serious, but I just chuckle when they use this term,

I actually could agree with the concept though, there are about 4 different indicators showing that you are in line, and once adjusted you can really shot by only using one of those indicators. Also, I fix picture frames on the wall EVERYWHERE!
"Well-regulated" meant well equipped, trained and disciplined... not controlled with an iron fist.
