Does it have to be in town?  Palmetto State Armory has them for less than that if you aren't picky about looks (& don't mind the potential wait).

Not sure if you and Rick made a deal but palmetto has uppets as a daily deal right now 399.99 plus hsipping for a 16' middy with bcg and ch. The email i got said it was 420 but when you pull it up ita cheaper..
