We need to take action to eliminate this whole microstamping fiasco. Federal and State.
Microstamping is nothing more than a patented process looking for government finance. The owners of the process know their profit if they can force the process on the public by law.
We need to create law that prevents patented processes from being forced to profit by law. Or, does that already exist?
It would be incredible should anyone sum up the money lost to attempted oppression by this microstamp process in so many legal venues. It is little more than things like ethanol, biodiesel or "clean coal" that pass cost to everyone at the expense of making a few investors rich.

If you don't drop the brass, this is USELESS!  I can think of several low-tech ways to keep from dropping the brass just sitting here.  As others have said already, this is just somebody trying to make a buck.

Kalifornia just won. This will keep guns and sales taxes from being utilized by the state.

This is just one state, there are two more right around the corner, next thing you know, we will all no longer be able to buy a semi automatic gun. Another door opening to the anti gun world.

Now, it S&W and Ruger would refuse to sell to the police departments too, then that would be a win for us. But they won't, there is a lot of money to be made by the manufacturers.

I'd like to see a trade group consisting of Glock, Springfield, S&W, Ruger, etc. all stand up and say no to all police forces in the state until that requirement is repealed.
"Well-regulated" meant well equipped, trained and disciplined... not controlled with an iron fist.

Kalifornya - the Wheel Gun State.

But ONLY if its on the "approved" list.

Seriously, even revolver have to be on an approved list, different manufacturing changes as denoted by S&W such as 29-3, or 29-4 WILL determine if its legal in Cali or not!!!
How stooped is that??
