You're just scared to take on the Nacho Challenge ! ;)

Called Matt yesterday and he is expecting us, and said he'll be sure to have food on hand for us this time.
(For those that might have stopped after our day at the capital, Phat Jacks got call up that morning to cater a funeral last minute because the hired caterer ended up with no food (or something).  So it was slim pickins by the time we all got there. He has stated that he will not exchange Quality for Quantity- gotta respect that. )
Oh, and P.S.- LOTS OF PARKING!
