April USPSA match, coming up on Sunday the 6th!

(1/1)

JTH:
Just noticed that I hadn't posted any info about the USPSA match coming up this Sunday!

As normal, the match is $18, at the Eastern Nebraska Gun Club, registration opens and setup starts at 7:15am, and registration closes at 8:40 with a safety/new shooter briefing at that time.  Shooter's meeting at 9am, and loud noises and lots of fun start right after that.  5 stages as always.

This month we'll have a classifier stage:  99-19 Payne's Pain

As usual, pre-registration is available (and encouraged):

If you have squadding requests, either 1) pre-register, or 2) get to the match on Sunday and register by 8am.  And remember, even if you pre-register, you need to still check in and pay prior to the registration cutoff time.

In the future, if I happen to forget to post about a match and you are wondering if one is going to happen, feel free to check out the ENPS website at:  http://www.easternnebraskapracticalshooters.com/

It'll always have the latest information about matches, registration, and everything else.  :)  (Our next three matches are a Multigun match on April 27th, an all-classifier USPSA match on May 4th, and the annual Man-vs-Man steel match on May 18th, by the way.)

JTH:
That was quite a match---65 shooters showed up on a day with perfect weather for shooting.  (That's an ENPS record for a regular USPSA club match, by the way.)

And some pretty devious stages, with lots of moving targets---a Texas Star, a swinger, a disappearing drop-turner...plus some difficult angles, distant steel, and a complicated memory stage.

If you weren't there, you missed out!

For those starting out in USPSA, we have a Special Classifier match coming up in May---if you don't have a classification yet, we'll have 6 classifier stages all in one match which is enough to get you an initial classification from USPSA.

We'll be posting more information about that later, so watch for it!

If anyone got any video of their stages, they should post them here so that other folks could see what they missed.  :)
