Midwest Leather Works holster

bkoenig:
Just wanted to show off my new holster from Matt at Midwest Leather Works.  I'm very impressed with the quality of workmanship and it's very comfortable.  This is his new tuckable IWB model.

This shot shows the rough side-in leather.  It helps with retention.  The double layer of leather helps keep it open when empty.  It is STIFF.  There's no way it's going to collapse on me.  I had no idea leather could be made that hard.  If I ever ran out of ammo I could beat the bad guy over the head with my holster.   ;D

I would highly recommend checking him out if you need a new holster.  The prices are very reasonable for this level of quality, plus he's a site sponsor.

I think leather is the way to go for long term comfort.  It seems kydex is harder than gun steel against my skin.

Thanks for posting this.

Nice holster.  Pretty decent CZ filling it

I keep telling people Matt does fine work. They don't believe me. Maybe they'll believe you.

I'm a BIG Matt fan.  I've been pimpn' his work for a couple of years now and feel you get more than your money's worth, it's difinitely worth the wait.
