Opinions for IWB Appendix holster for G19 sized gun
« on: June 01, 2014, 10:30:11 PM »
Does anyone have a suggestion for an IWB holster for appendix carry that would fit a Glock 19 sized gun?  I got a new carry gun and need to get a rig set up.

Dale Fricke Archangel

The Bullet Hole may have one in stock that you can check out. Give them a call. They usually have a few different AIWBs that you can try.

The Archangel will have the entire grip sitting above your belt line. I prefer this style, but it is a bit harder to conceal. They will have other designs that sit lower into your pants. That style makes it harder to establish an initial grip on your pistol with, but will conceal the gun better.

KL-1 which is identical in shape/size to the Glock 19.

Mud...you are a stand-up "Joe" (pun intended).  I'm in LNK, but will consider that if I have a trip to OMA in the near future.  If there was any powder in OMA, I would definitely make the trip.

And that's proof right there that those Glocks are dangerous.

Yeah...rifle powder abounds, but shotgun and pistol powders are like leather garments on a vegan.  Just not something that can be found.

Thanks for the input.  I've heard the Archangel mentioned before.  On a side note regarding printing, I have come to the opinion that the general public (and very possibly the criminal element) is completely ignorant about whether you are carrying, even when you are printing.  I have had times when I got dressed, gunned up, and went out and did my usual errands.  When I got home and looked at myself in the mirror, I've thought "Holy cow...you are printing bad".  Though no one says anything or gives me a second look.  I just don't think the average Joe is looking for it, and that criminals are possible so stupid that they don't assess their surroundings.  Of course, I won't know whether this is true about the criminal until he has cracked me over the head from behind, so I guess it is just my theory for now.   ;D
