Even the Brady Campain is looking at this as a loss for the Anti Gun movement, who know Sotomeyer may vote for us just to make us think she can be fair and balanced...at leaste I hope so.

I have no doubt in my mind that Sotomayor will rule against the 2nd Amendment in this case. She now has nothing to loose and is on the court for life. I think it is unfair that she will not withhold herself from the case since the issue was exactly the same. I don't care that it was a different court. Liberals never withhold themselves from cases they should stay out of, but Conservative Justices do. Same old story.
