Ban handguns? Supreme Court taking a new look next year!

Justice Sotomeyer was involved in a similar case in the appeals court that the Supreme Court is not taking up.  So she does not need to sit this one out.  In the lower court she voted to uphold the lower court?s ruling saying this is an issue for the Supreme Court to decide.  Guessing she will not be our friend, but then she may follow the constitution and not let her personal prejudices in.
