New NFOA Tradeshow Backwall Display!
« on: August 29, 2014, 03:20:54 PM »
Due, in part to a generous donation from Handyman Joes, the Nebraska Firearms Owners Association (NFOA) now has a new tradeshow backwall display. The display continues the NFOA’s “Guns Save Lives” theme from this year’s billboard campaign and includes a new, simplified NFOA logo.

The display will be utilized for the first time September 12th during the NFOA’s legislative education day held at the Lincoln, NE Isaac Walton League Gun Club.

Today, we need a nation of Minutemen, citizens who are not only prepared to take arms, but citizens who regard the preservation of freedom as the basic purpose of their daily life and who are willing to consciously work and sacrifice for that freedom.   J. F. K.

Oops, I guess I let the cat out of the bag.  Look for an "official" announcement coming soon.

Is that in 2014 or 2015?  I'm sure that the organizers of this event aren't giving members less than 2 weeks to schedule to attend this on a Friday, so it must be in 2015... right?
Those who would give up essential Liberty, to purchase a little temporary Safety, deserve neither Liberty nor Safety.

FarmerRick, In short, this is a get together of the lobbying committee , and invited lawmakers, candidates and industry leaders from around the state, not so much a call to action for the membership at large.
(And by the poor turn out of an annual member meeting that was scheduled almost a year in advance, no chance to shoot, and no prizes, this probably wouldn't have been a priority for many anyway.)
Expect an official blurb from our communication committee soon.
