 She said that Martinez, along with numerous other people, arrived at a specific house. She said the men were yelling at the man who lived there and Martinez pulled out a handgun and “pointed it at the victim.”

“The victim sprayed pepper spray on one of the other men and at that point, Martinez pointed the gun at the victim and said, ‘Spray me and I will shoot you.’”

Dick acknowledged that the gun turned out to be an air BB gun, “but it looked like a real handgun, inflicting terror in the victim.”

Another fine example of why we need more new gun laws....  Why is that?  To facilitate greater occurrence of the almighty plea deal of course!  ::)
