I did not watch the video but have seen what you are talking about ..... secondary and even tertiariary implosions ...... but I saw them in high speed vids of gunshots underwater ..... go google "smarter everyday AK underwater" ....
The Right to Keep and BEAR Arms is enshrined explicitly in both our State and Federal Constitutions, yet most of us are afraid to actually excercise that Right, for very good reason: there is a good chance of being arrested........ and  THAT is a damned shame.  III.

If at all concerned just take rifle to local FFL they do NICs check on the buyer and 4473 to the new owner and you give $25 to the FFL dealer for your piece of mind that all is ok.
