And NE is SUPER OPEN CARRY FRIENDLY.
There are no restrictions on open-carry in Lincoln; however, Police Chief Jim Peschong warned that openly carrying a gun could result in a citation for disturbing the peace, punishable by up to three months in jail and a fine of $150.

"Up to 3 months in jail" is a clear intimidation and scare tactic.
The fewer US Residents that can carry in NE the better is the thinking of many in the Capital I believe.

If the only significant change in the Missouri law is the age requirements, the Nebraska AG's Office will likely recognize Missouri permits issued to those 21 years of age or older, but not those under 21. They have done this in the past (i.e. California, Iowa, Maine, Montana, North Dakota, and Texas).
