Nikko Jenkins' sister Lori Sayles is released from jail

Her bail was set at half a million dollars, but a prosecutor has decided to lower her bail to, guess what?  Her promise to be a good girl. 

Omaha has a recent history of plagues.  First they release Nutco, who says he wants to kill people when he gets out of prison, then import Ebola, twice, now this.
