NOTICE:  Due to technical difficulties, this did not make it on the Ike's October 2014 calendar.  However, Mike Kunkee has approved a "Plates Practice" on Friday October 10, 2014.  That's THIS coming Friday.  Yes...as in tomorrow!

NOTE #2:....

NOTE #3: A non-member CAN attend, but they must be the guest of an Ike’s member, pay the $10 fee, fill out the paperwork, be escorted by the member, etc., etc.

I will be out there and ready for anyone that wants to do a few practice strings on the plates from 3:00PM to dusk (6:30PM'ish?).  It will be first come, first serve so please have patience.

If you want to improve your skills on those pesky plates, please come on out!  We will be following all the same safety rules of the Rock Your Glock matches.  If you have not familiar with the "Rock Your Glock" match, PLEASE read through all the safety rules & procedures located in this thread...

Wait a second!  Practice?  PRACTICE?!

People aren't allowed to do that---they might get BETTER!  And we obviously can't have that happening....

I forgot to also mention that the match is open to anyone, but the practice is Ike's members only. Disregard this and read my revision above or below.

Hey wait---that's unfair!  Those people can get better and we can't!

NO FAIR!

Obviously none of you should practice, in the spirit of fairness.

A board member said that non-members COULD attend, but they would have to be a guest of a member.  I will be down on the range (whatever range that is) getting set up, so I won't be able to run back to the main gate to help anyone out in this respect.  Well, that's not completely true because my son will be my guest.  So if you are a non-member and know a member that will take you as their guest...well there's your in to join us.

ETA: A non-members can attend, but they must be the guest of an Ike’s member and pay the $10 fee, fill out the paperwork, be escorted by the member, etc., etc.
