How to register handgun from out of state in Omaha

If a person held a valid CCW permit from another state but is no longer a resident of that state that has reciprocity with Nebraska, Tennessee for example, is that person eligible for a Nebraska CCW permit issuance prior to the 180th day of residency? 

Yes, that was changed recently.   There had been resistance in eliminating the 180 day requirement, so we go for adding a list of exceptions.
