I find this funny. It is the same ammo that I ordered a couple of days ago. I have since gotten an email stating it is backordered til 1/25/15. I was able to order another one today. I wonder which one I will get first.

This crap is why I want to get a Savage Model 93 in .17 HMR sometime. It's more expensive than .22 LR but has come down quite a bit over the past 5 years, and best of all it's actually available at most ammo retailers.

I'm sitting on around 1500 rounds of .22 LR and just haven't had the heart to use much of it because I'm afraid I won't be able to replenish my supply. I got lucky and ordered a brick of 500 from Midway, cost me $40 but I got the last one and it was quite a bit cheaper than the norm.
