Clicking on the link doesn't start a download? Did you try right clicking on the link? Maybe that will provide some options. I'm guessing you are on a Windows computer? If so, it has been a long time since I have messed around with those inferior operating systems.

i got the pdf, i just gotta try and make it a jpg now. i used the learn to carry one right now. i'll post the NFOA one when i can get it figured out.

Why do you need to make it a jpeg? Aren't you just printing it?
