That's an OOHOA* statistic, commonly cited in the literature.

In all my years of graduate work/residency, etc I always wondered what that was officially called ...  :)

I can't remember the NRA reps name but he mentioned being the Midwest rep for KS, MO and NE. I think he mentioned also he was a TC in the MO and KS area.

Not according to this link...Nebraska and Iowa share a representative in the Central region. Kansas is in a different region
