Gun Trusts?

awesome, thank you!   I will let her know.

David Hineline:
A trust is a legal entity that at this time has no fingerprints or background check or contact with local law enforcement to purchase machineguns and silencers.  People who want these items but do not feel comfortable talking to law enforcement this is the most often reason they choose this route.  BATFE is currently reviewing this process and changes will be coming in the future as the BATFE sees this as a way around the background check.  Dick Clark would be the best qualified for this service in Nebraska.  It does not make buying guns easier or quicker, just means you don't have to give up your fingerprints or ask Law Enf. permission to own.

GreggL:

Can these trusts also be used for obtaining the paper required to posses a Short Barrel Rifle?

Thats what its used for.

NE Bull:
On another note, the trusts are a good way to make sure your firearms stay in your family should something happen to you.  All persons listed, in the trust 'own' the items in the trust.
