Is there a trigger guard law - CCW.
« on: March 07, 2015, 12:05:18 AM »
I recently bought what is nothing more than a "hook" or "clip" that attaches to my dog p238.  It allows the weapon to clip to the belt or pant (inside the pants). There is nothing that would cover the trigger.  There is no holster.

Question:  does there have to be some sort of trigger guard for CCW?

How you carry is strictly up to you.  Fashion, comfort, safety, and function are all left to the CHP holder.  However, any breach of safety that makes it into the news reflects poorly on us all.

No NE law but, I would not carry concealed without the firearm holster covering the trigger and guard.

It just is not safe.

Yes, it is called Murphy's Law (or natural selection when you blow off your cajones)
