barrel question?

I'm ordering a barrel for my Bond Arms Derringer, I have an option of getting fired casings, from what I understand in Maryland the law states you have to, question is, in Nebraska you don't have to pay the extra $5.00 for fired casings to buy a barrel or do you?

I ordered the barrel today and said no to the fired casings, I've bought guns in the past that had fired casings with them and some that did not???

No requirement in Nebraska for submitting fired cases that I am aware of
