How long to wait for Utah permit?

I had been thinking about asking this question the last couple of weeks.  I put everything in the mail on February 18th, then set an alert at the bank to notify me when the check cleared.  I received that notification TODAY! 

So, 41 calendar days and I've finally seen my first signs of progress. 

Now...back to waiting.

The wait is over.  Permit was issued on April 16th, and arrived this past Saturday, April 25th.

A total of 66 days passed from the time I dropped the app in the mail, until I had it in hand.
