 Just saw this, im not sure if its a joke, I hope it is. but then its California. I expect them to di something like this, 
   they will die of thirst because a snail needs the water ,

I sent that site a note suggesting that they do a story about Obama quietly asking the UN to send peacekeepers here to help pacify right wing gun nuts, political dissidents, and other thought criminals.  Those parody pieces are funnier if they have the appearance of something that almost could be true, like the CA ban on .45 ammo.
