bass pro shops

OK gang here's the question and the reason for it. Has anybody bought any firearms from bass pro lately? I am working out in New Hampshire right now and they refused to sell to a Nebraska resident. All other gun shops in the area have no problem with it. I have contacted the corporate office but have not heard back from them.

While living in Omaha Nebraska, I had no problem buying a 22 rifle from a BPS in Iowa.  Dunno.

Got me on this one. Some of the investigating I have done shows that this was a recent change but, the only answers anybody can give me are, there must have been some new law in Nebraska go into affect.  The really strange thing is this seems to be the only store up here that won't sell to a Nebraska resident. We also found out today they won't sell to Ohio either but, the other shops will. I'm going to call corporate again and follow up on this.

Assuming you live in NE.  Long guns you can buy there.  Pistols have to go to FFL in NE.

I am well  aware of the laws for buying firearms. I am trying to figure out if it is just this store or if it is company wide And, if it's just this one I want corporate to tell me the reason.
