Ground breaking ceremony
« on: May 28, 2015, 01:46:56 PM »
We had a great turn out at our groundbreaking ceremony this morning with close to 100 people. Thank you all for your incredible support.
Special thanks to Mayor David Black of Papillion, Nebraska, and to Karen Gibler and Amy Howard from the Sarpy County Chamber of Commerce. We're excited to get the 88 Tactical Range and Readiness Center erected and open for business!

It was an honor to be asked to share a few words and turn some dirt.  Glad this will be part of the entrance to Papillion on Hwy370 as you get off I-80.   Looking forward to the Ribbon Cutting.

Better hurry up before the EPA sees that picture.  Looks like a "wetlands" in the background.

Shawn,

I live just north of there, so I'm anticipating your progress and hoping all goes well.
Question,
Where's The Trap Range.

Trap range in the area...check out Papillion Gun Club... just south of Sheriffs station by Hawaiian Village.   Great group.

Lee,

Thats one of the few things we wont have. I will admit that trap/skeet isnt our area of expertise although most of us have tried it, more than once, and agree it is a ton of frustrating fun.

I belong to Papillion and shoot there weekly on Wednesday morning, or whenever I get the urge, like today.
