the Terrs in texas werent carrying AK-47,s
(1/1)
shooter:
from these pics of the crime scene, one of the terrs didn't have a AK-47, it was a Keltec sub 2000. a 9mm. hasn't anyone in the news media ever fired a weapon? or did the police tell the media that it was a AK. maybe was just hype to go against guns

It's my understanding that the jihadists were wearing some kind of body armor, though I haven't seen any details on that. So if they were, does anyone have information on how they were stopped with a .45? Did the bullets penetrate the (presumably soft) armor? Or were both taken out with head shots? It'd be interesting to know, since we're always being told to shoot for center of mass and not the head.
If it is common for these terrorists to wear body armor, that should be made widely known, because it's one more reason that civilians should not be denied armor-piercing handgun ammo.
I'd like to see Muhammad pig roasts all across the country, to show that we won't kneel before any form of tyrant.

I would take the body armor reports with a grain of salt. The shooter at the Aurora, CO was (and still frequently is) reported to have worn body armor, but it was actually a "tactical" vest. Just like with AK's vs. Keltecs, the media doesn't know the difference and doesn't care to learn it as long as they can further their agenda.

On the question of body armor: It is my understanding the officer landed head shots. Pretty cool under pressure. From the reports I read, the goat breeders began firing at the 2 officers (unarmed school security officer and armed police officer) as the 2 got out of their car. The officer took care of business pretty quickly.
