from what i've read/heard from the internet "experts", there are no guarantees.  just continue business as usual.

Almost certainly- just from a practical stand-point alone. Not that the thugs at ATF wouldn't love to try it, but I wouldn't worry about existing stamps/trusts.

The final rule was signed by the AG on January 4 and goes into effect 180 days after official publication in the Federal Register.  Download link for the entire official ruling:

If I understand correctly, is that the end of eforms for an individual?  Last I knew there is no way to upload fingerprints etc ..

IIRC, individuals never could do eforms. But I could be wrong since Lincoln/Lancaster would never sign off.
