For CHP Instructors... test question wording
« on: May 29, 2015, 11:21:37 AM »
When I went to GI to renew my CHP instructor materials, I mentioned to Trooper Johansen that some of the test questions are worded poorly (in my opinion), and that I'd be willing to offer some suggestions for a rewrite since they have never been updated.  While it is unlikely any changes would be made soon, I'd like some input on which questions your students tend to stumble on most.  I'm doing this because I'm a teacher in "real life" and poorly worded test questions drive me crazy... a test should measure knowledge/learned material, not ability to wade through poorly worded questions.

DO NOT post test questions on this forum, please.  If you have a suggestion, please either PM it to me, or email me at dbeatty@neb.rr.com
I would appreciate it if you included the test form/number of question, and any suggestions you might have.

Thanks,
Dave
