It appears that the results are being updated once or twice a day.  It also appears to let you vote once per day.  And if you have multiple device (PC and a phone, say) you can vote on each device.

It only updates the results once in the morning. Yesterday it was 24, today it's 129. Not bad at all.

I voted again and it did not error out.   However, without seeing real time results it is not readily apparent if duplicate voting exclusions are in force.
