Stolen Guns - Washington County
« on: June 28, 2015, 09:12:09 PM »
All,

My wife's grandparents in Washington County had four Winchester commemorative rifles stolen a few days ago.  I'll try to get more info but I believe they were lever action.  Sorry I don't have more specifics but please keep an eye for for anything like that.  If you come across any leads please contact Washington County sheriff.

Thanks.

I'd definitely like more info, as I live in southern Wash. Co.

I hope they catch the thief and find your rifles.  Since they aren't common types I'd think the thief is likely to get caught if he tries to sell them, unless he takes them far away, which he probably has.  Any time I've had something stolen from me I found myself agreeing with the Moslems that a thief should have his hand cut off: as Chris Rock pointed out, it's hard to steal another purse if you don't have another hand.
