Looks a lot better to me.  Had to squint to see what it said in yellow, ahhh the joys of getting old.

If my memory serves me correctly, Ernie was able to beat a speeding ticket many years ago on the basis of a Nebraska law which gives legal immunity to state senators while the legislature is in session.

The Nebraska Constitution gives members of the Legislature immunity from arrest during the legislative session (and 15 days on either end), unless the offense is treason, a felony, or breach of the peace.
