Not sure why this thread exists here at all. I fail to see the 2A tie-in or NFOA interest. It seems like someone is simply trying to get more people to take sides.

Nobody moves to a small town and is instantly disliked for no reason. People will like you if you're likable. People will dislike you if you're a horse's rear end.

Also, I don't believe "flashing" your concealed weapon meets the definition of "concealed".

Please understand he was attacked by a stray dog in his yard 3 years ago, and went thru the rabies dance. Not pleasant. Therefore he carries to possibly eliminate this from happening again, but now due to the thinly veiled threats and blatant threats and insinuations, there's a heightened sense of security that's needed. For example, he has cameras around his dwelling. I was told that from Friday the 20th to Sunday the 22nd there were some 971 photos taken. 971 events that were motion activated, in this small town.

He's NOT stupid, and he didn't surrender to the LE officials, Can they really be trusted? He is aware of the law, and knows that he wasn't in violation of Title 18 USC 922, 2261, and or 2264 nor in violation of any State Statutes but due to the Senator Ashfords comments in LB 62 in 2008 I believe, harassment orders upheld regardless if they are true or not are looked upon as Protection orders in Nebraska therefore the defendant loses his hardware until the dispute is cleared. Nice State Legislators you have here.

So in the event someone would decide to tell a lie about you and fill out the court document and be willing to go to court and swear to the court and tell a lie, You're busted ! That's what happened here... Perjury in this jurisdiction? BWA HAHAHAHAHAHAHA... are you kidding? He only followed the law and the instructions of the law, that's the training. You know the drill.

The NSP merely sent a letter to him ..... requesting that he voluntarily surrender his CWP, they stated that they couldn't suspend or revoke unless the county attorney filed a civil action to retrieve the CWP. He never filed and the CWP remained with the holder in spite of being instructed as per Nebraska Law to eliminate his hardware from his premises.

I appreciate your willingness to comment. This guy has NEVER flashed anything nor does he walk around with a stick, it's a corrosive, and corrupt society and they have selectively targeted this guy and he simply is fighting back in spite of the.........   " Family " who are in control of the council and has been for over 14 years with this chairman, and more family in the past. It's interesting here One stands for something............... and watch the cowards defame.

How do you know he's never flashed a weapon or carried a bat/stick?  Are you with him 24/7?  Or is "he" you?  If you're assuming this because you were told by him, then that's just his side of the story.  He could be blowing smoke up your backside to get another person "on his side".  Other than that, everything you claim as truth is merely speculation, not fact, until proven otherwise.

Exactly what I was trying to say.  Please stop with the innuendo and gossip that has little to no RKBA tie-in.

Nobody moves to a town and is disliked unless they are dislikable. Keep reading that sentence over and over until it sinks in.
