10 U.S. Code § 311 - Militia: composition and classes

(a) The militia of the United States consists of all able-bodied males at least 17 years of age and, except as provided in section 313 of title 32, under 45 years of age who are, or who have made a declaration of intention to become, citizens of the United States and of female citizens of the United States who are members of the National Guard.
(b) The classes of the militia are—
(1) the organized militia, which consists of the National Guard and the Naval Militia; and
(2) the unorganized militia, which consists of the members of the militia who are not members of the National Guard or the Naval Militia.

I think it goes beyond the 2nd A.  The Second Amendment is such a simple right and is why it is so often under attack. If the 2nd A can be destroyed...everything else will tumble.  It is a lawmaker's wet dream to hang their hat on... tearing down one of the big ones.

Messing with our guns hits home.  So much so that many of us fail to realize how hard the other Rights get pecked at every day.

We elect our officials with an oath to uphold the Constitution, yet they spend most of their time trying to tear the Core of our Nation apart. One of the greatest issue with lawmakers is that as soon as they make one law...they are off to making another and another.

Sad part is that everything can ultimately be tied back to money and power. There is little that motivates people like money and power. Our loss, their gain.

We need to fight back against the political correct gagging and never give in to compromise.
