I just want to carry on campus at UNO. Enough people have gotten mugged in the parking lots and its a soft target. I don't want to be batman, I just want a fighting chance if something bad happens.

One point that should be made is that the right to bear arms is not subject to popular approval: we have the right even if a majority doesn't want us to have it.  But it doesn't hurt anything for a majority to be on the side of freedom.

Kendahl:
As of 3 pm, it was 79% in favor of repealing gun free zones versus 21% in favor of keeping them.
