  Posting this for Ben Jochum.

Year 3 of the Ikes Black Rifle Challenge starts in April!  Spread the word, post to all outlets, and bring out shooters new and old!  We're proud to give you a chance to show off your AR builds and see what they can do at long range.

The purpose of this event is to provide an opportunity for (1) New Shooters to Learn to shoot their AR-15s safely and accurately, (2) teach new shooters how to participate in organized shooting competitions, and (3) provide experienced shooters an opportunity to shooter their AR-15s at long distances.

As always, we need volunteers to help spot, change targets, and help teach.  The first official shot of the match happens at 10:00 AM, but we have clinics and sight in starting at 9:00 AM.

Here are the Dates:

1. April 24th - 100 yard range

2. May 29th - 300 yard range

3. June 26th - 100 yard range

4. July 31st - 300 yard range

5. August 7th - 300 yard range

6. September 11th - 300 yard range

See you in April!

Added a link with rules and courses of fire .

JTH:
Rules?  Course of fire?  Links to previously posted rules and courses of fire?

(I AM going to make it down for one or more of these this year!)

Mali:
Due to previous plans I can't participate this year but I can recommend this as a great series.

Good luck to all the participants!

GreggL:

Bump. The first match is this coming Sunday! Looking forward to being there.

Is this regulated to ar's only?
