Anyone buy ammo from AIM Surplus?

(1/1)

RobertH:
If you had your driver's license on AIM's website, you probably got a letter today.  Their servers that hosted their licenses was hacked.  Those affected got a letter today.  I never did buy ammo from them and never had my ID on their site, so I think I'm safe.

Dan W:
I checked my order history and no ammo...lots of AR15 parts though

shooter:
same here, lots and lots of AR-15 parts,  but I don't own a firearm other than 22 that has had a factory round down the barrel

Hardwood83:
Sorry- late to the party, but I did order ammo from them a few years ago, so contacted them last month when I heard about the breach. They told me my info wasn't compromised, so apparently it didn't affect everyone, not sure what the parameters are though.

RobertH:
from what i know, if you had an ID uploaded to the site for age verification, you were hacked.  the banking, passwords, etc were not.  i never did get a letter because i never uploaded anything to their site.  i just put an order in over Memorial Day for some Apex Tactical stuff.  i will continue to shop with them.  getting hacked can happen to any company.
