Just curious who is the CLEO for Sarpy county and if they are pro signatures or not.

Also let's say I start the class three process in Sarpy and let's say move to Lancaster before it is completed what are the complications of that?

Since we are Post-41F, you do not need a CLEO signature.  you just need a CLEO notification.  the ATF has an FAQ on how to do the notification.

if you move during the approval process, i *think* you need to send them a notice, but i'm not 100% sure on that.

approvals are probably nearing 1 year.  so do it now and get ready to wait your turn.

its only a guess.

i have two transfers.  both over or close to 6 months right now.
