Actually, there have been several of them. The reason I made such a short reply was because I was going to search for a couple links from other forums to show examples, but I keep getting distracted, and they are somewhat spread out. Just go to ccwne.com and cruise around. You'll see some examples there.

I agree with you 100% about the public image battle and education. Part of educating people means taking it to the streets and talking with business owners/managers that may just be misinformed. I have always said that if we can educate enough of the general public, the laws will follow. Our best bet is not trying to sway the opinion of the lawmakers already in office, but instead getting enough voters to realize we what type of leaders we really need representing us.

Maybe I missed it, but when is the Plattsmouth council meetings again?

I know of two restaurants in Omaha I was personally responsible for being involved in getting the signs down. Applebees on 72nd street north, and IHOP on Center street.
