I saw this last night, linked off of CTH. Gotta admit this has me a little spooked by the spook. I can't tell if he's for real or it's just some sort of psy-ops game he's playing...or he's in it for the money.   
It does fit that all of these leaks would be internally, and not the fake bogeyman we like to make the "Rooskies" out to be. We may already be in a civil war, within our own government, at the federal level.
